CGTN专访郭广昌：：疫情之下全球产业链路在何方？ ？？

5月21日，随着全国政协十三届三次会议在京进行，备受瞩主张2020全国两会就此启幕。当天，中国国际电视台CGTN在两会出格节目中，播出威尼斯8040国际董事长郭广昌专访，分享常态抗疫布景对全球经济重启的观察和思虑。
郭广昌暗示，疫情给中小企业带来了很大挑战，急剧复原消费并赐与适当支持政策，能力援手中小企业顺利过关。随着人们对健康需要的不休增长，萦绕家庭需要的健康产业和线上化运营或将成为将来的产业机遇。

CGTN记者：：疫情对全球产业链和供给链的冲击极度大，威尼斯8040的产业链和供给链受到了那些影响？ ？？您采取了哪些措施来应对这样的难题？ ？？
The global supply chain and industrial chain have been badly affected by the covid-19 pandemic, what impact has Fosun International had over the past few months? How did you deal with the crisis?

郭广昌：：在供给链产业链方面的话，好比像一些时尚产业，正本是我们在一路头的时辰，中国外洋很不安中国的供给链能不能跟上。那我跟他们说，若是中国的话，只是两三个月的话很快能从前。事实上呢，中国的供给链很快就跟上了。但此刻反过来的话呢，是全球的供给链会影响到中国。正本是必要去外洋采购的，我们此刻尽量用中国采购。其实更大的是好比有一些产业方面的影响，好比说游览�。呦旅骋装�。全球化的裂缝只能靠市场的力量去添补，这个要靠美满的全球化、、更好的全球化去做，而不是说开倒车。市场经济际遇的问题，只有效市场化的方式去加以添补。那么总体上呢，国内此刻我们复原出产速度很快，我们进展各人共同致力，全球的疫情能早日从前。
In terms of the supply chain and industrial chain, some of our fashion industries felt the pressure. In the beginning, our overseas clients worried that the Chinese supply chain couldn’t keep up. I told them that it will take about 2 or 3 months for China to resume its supply. And in fact, China ’s supply chain has quickly caught up, but now the disruption of the global supply chain has affected China ’s overall production. Some of our businesses are turning to domestic suppliers rather than overseas ones. Actually, the impact on the industrial chain is even worse, tourism and offline businesses were severely affected. And to bridge the gap of the supply chains and industrial chains, we need deeper globalization. The problems encountered by the market economy can only be solved in a market-oriented way. On the whole, domestic production is now recovering very quickly. We hope that everyone will work together, and the global epidemic will be fully contained as soon as possible.

CGTN记者：：目前世界列都城在积极采取措施，应对新冠肺炎疫情带来的不利影响�：：枚喙谄笠岛托∥叶甲跃醪渭油庋竺窦湓鲈�。您能否介绍一下，威尼斯8040国际在这次外洋疫情防控中提供了那些支持？ ？？
The world is still battling the Covid-19 pandemic, all the governments, enterprises and social communities have taken action. Quantify Fosun International's role in helping to fight the virus globally?

郭广昌：：当然首先还是说我们在疫情一路头阶段，我们还是通过全球�。砂炝舜罅康奈镒世粗С种泄目挂�。这过程傍边呢，也得到了威尼斯8040员工、、我们外洋的合作同伴和本地确当局好多的支持。那此刻的话呢，全球际遇这么大的疫情的话，威尼斯8040也是动用我们所有的力量来增援全球。我们总书记说的，我们是一个命运共同体，我们谁也不成能独善其身，所以威尼斯8040的话一方面我们是捐赠，已经捐赠 27个国度，好多我们就直接送到医院去到一线的护士和医生手上；第2个的话呢，我们也是�。阎泄牟芎腿虻男枰龆唇悠鹄�。
At the beginning of the epidemic, we purchased a lot of medical equipment from around the world to support China's epidemic control. We got enormous support from our employees, our overseas partners and the local governments. Now, as the world is still suffering from the pandemic, Fosun is also using all of its global resources to support the planet by implementing what General Secretary Xi said...that we are a community of destiny, and no one can be alone. On the other hand, Fosun has donated medical equipment to 27 countries, many of which we sent directly to frontline nurses and doctors. What is more, we also linked China's production capacity with global demand.

CGTN记者：：中国有大量的小微企业，他们自身抗风险能力弱，在这次疫情刻下，日子更不好过，若何更好的援手这些小微企业度过难关，您能有什么判断和建议？ ？？
China has a larger number of small and micro enterprises, which are more vulnerable during epidemics, what are your suggestions to help them better survive the difficult times??

郭广昌：：第1点就是说迅速的复原消费，复原生涯，这样的话呢，中小企业它才有生意，这是最好的方式。其实的话我感触好比说在税收�。谟霉ぐ。谧饨鸶鞣矫姘。赡苤С炙�。当然我感触中小企业自身啊也要挺�。飧龌故且谡庵智榭鱿拢】斓匕押枚喾穹诺较呱希】斓挠懈嗟母突У墓低ǎ】斓娜米约焊丛擞�。
Firstly, I think it is very important to resume consumption and get daily life back to normal. This is key for the recovery of small and medium-sized enterprises. Secondly they need more policy support in terms of taxation, employment and rent. Thirdly, it is necessary to expand their online operations and services. If they can put more emphasis on making sure their products and services are healthy enough, they can recover their business as early as possible.

CGTN记者：：好多人说，疫情给全世界的经济体带来巨大的损失和挑战，同时也加快了一些行业和产业的急剧转型发展，您感触，将来会出现哪些新的产业发展趋向和机缘？ ？？
Many say a huge crisis also comes with new opportunities. What new industry trends and chances have you seen in the post-epidemic era?

郭广昌：：健康的需要会越来越大，这个健康的话我感触不仅仅是一种医疗�。】抵卫戆。】当Ｏ瞻�。其实我们每个行业，好比说让威尼斯8040屋子怎么做的更健康，让威尼斯8040饮食变得更健康。所以这一方面我感触会产生好多的贸易的机遇，那么有很大的空间。第2个，好比说尽量的线上化，疫情强逼各人好多事件没法子面对面的碰头，那么好多服务还是要做那么可能是线上化，我感触将来的话可能产业链上的话更多的会智慧型出产，就是对所谓的这个工业化的4.0使用，大数据人为智能，对这些的使用我感触会越来越多。
The demand for a healthy lifestyle will grow larger. I believe health is more than just medical treatment, health management, and health insurance. In fact, every industry can be involved. For example, how to make our homes healthier and how to make our diets healthier. So, in this regard, I think there will be a lot of business opportunities. The second trend is embracing digital solutions, trying to make your services available online. In the future, there will be more intelligent manufacturing in the industry chain, using more technologies including big data and artificial intelligence. I think there will be more applications of these new innovations.

CGTN记者：：全球疫情节制还存在好多不确定成分，中国企业若何更好的调动全球资源，矫捷应对，援手全球经济复苏呢？ ？？
There are still many uncertainties as the pandemic continues. How can Chinese companies better mobilize their global resources to help the global economy recover?

郭广昌：：所以这个复原了之后，这些物资对中国来说不是一个稀缺物资，那此刻我们应该把哪些物资迅速的可能驰援全球。 所以这些都应该我们去做的，就是体现一个大国责任，其实很风雅面也是体现了在这个国度产生的全球化企业他们能不能承担更多的全球责任。所以我们应该用全球供给链去解决全球的问题，而不是说反全球化。全球化的所有的问题的产生，应该用市场的力量去添补这个裂缝，而不是相反。这是我的见解。
So, after China gradually recovers, China can produce enough amount of these medical materials. We should continue to. help the world fight the virus. This is what we should do. ?The responsibility of a big country in fact is also reflected in whether these big companies across the country can shoulder their responsibilities. ?So we should use global supply chains to solve global problems instead of anti-globalization. All the temporary problems caused by globalization should be fixed by market solutions. This is my opinion.
